Ideal for families and groups, really quiet and comfortable, completely renovated, absorbed in the nature and out of the common tourism, but only at 16 km from Sondrio, the capital of the province. Base point for many excursions on foot, otherwise can be easily visited the lateral valleys of Valtellina, as Val Malenco, Val Masino and Val Gerola. The house is in the middle of the forest whit a grass lawn on the front, which one consent a good sight on the valley; next to the house a more than centenary oak chestnut.

The mountain house is 45 minutes distant from Como Lake, 40 minutes from the ski runs, 1 hour and a half from Milan, 60 minutes from Switzerland.

The cottage is served by a paved road that is not kept clean in case of snow, and during December and Jenuary it is possible that the last 4 km are to be covered on foot.

 

 

EQUIPMENT

Beds: 2 double beds, 4 bunk beds
Place to park.
Gas range and oven, shower, bidet, barbecue, courtyard, garden chairs and table, deck chair, parasol.

WARNING

Light and energetic power made by photovoltaic panel, power at 12 volt.
Possibility to recharge the mobile phones by a power outlet as on cars.
A little inverter for power at 220V Is also available,
so it's possible to recharge a mobile phone or a computer
and to see tv for some hours a day.

THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY TO POWER BIG APPLIANCES AT 220 V (such as hairdryer).

Hot water is made by a firewood boiler.

A car is suggested.

€ 350.00 for 8/10 people per weekend.
Price reduction in relation with the number of people and the number of days,
deposit and earnest requested. Supplement for final cleaning, keys given by the owner.
